The security of Basra University (Al-Zubair\nCollege Complex) denies radio reporter Ali Mohsen entrance to cover a\ntheatrical activity held by its students on Sunday morning on campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Students at Basra\nUniversity have invited the media to cover a theatrical activity under the\nslogan “Be With the Revolution,” said Haidar al-Muzani, a fellow of\nRadio Marbad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“University security\nprevented our correspondent Ali Mohsen from entering and covering the\nevent,” he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Press Freedom Advocacy Association in Iraq\nrenews its condemnation of the media’s denial of access to events\u2019 sites and considers\nit a violation of press freedom and a restriction on freedom of expression and\nthe right to information access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
