:Introduction

 

As part of the PAA’s efforts to defend press freedom and the rights of journalists and provide a safe legal environment for journalistic work in Iraq, the study was set to find out how the Media and Communications Commission, as a regulatory body, deals with journalists working in various media organizations

The survey included several questions, including the field of specialization in journalistic work, the type of media body they serve, whether they were violated by the Media and Communications Commission, as well as their observations on press freedom laws, particularly those linked to the work of the Media and Communications Commission according to the CPA law number (65) and the Media and Communications commission’s Bill
